This development follows the announcement of the proposed deal some weeks ago.
Prolink, renowned independent distributor specializing in networking and security solutions for the Turkish market, will continue to operate under the Prolink name as a TD SYNNEX company. The company will maintain its commitment to providing the same high-quality services and conditions to the market as it has since its founding in 1997.
